In his speech at the Mother Emanuel, Biden mentioned the Lost Cause, which refers to Southerners who refused to accept the outcome of the Civil War. He then accurately called the election denialism of MAGA Republicans the Second Lost Cause. The first brought Jim Crow; what will the second bring us?
