The 5.1 thinking takes a lot more time now. Multiple minutes in some cases. I hope this means it's a lot more thorough and isn't just slower.

So far I haven't really noticed an improvement in responses in 5.1 compared to 5.0. I think I actually prefer how 5.0 responded.
