When fentanyl was really cheap it was showing up as an adulterant in all sorts of things, increased cost probably reduced that?

I'm pretty sure the substitutions are less likely to cause unintentional overdoses, (fentanyl was so cheap it was being put in everything increasing overdose risk) not sure if it's changed usage much, or non overdose health risks (some of the new shit is *nasty*)

Luckily my state has a "oh, you're broken-broken" medicaid level so I'm not paying for any of the testing except with time and not so precious bodily fluids.
