I completely agree.
Totally agree. One of the reasons I started writing erotica was when the female character was treated as one dimensional and was only their to serve as more of a body than a person.

Mine is believing that through more drive and focus I can optimize productivity without any negative side effects about how I might feel later when I underachieve.

I like my characters to talk during a sex scene. Hearing them describe what they are feeling or what they want is something I've focused on in my stories.
