I had a similar feeling a few months back. Have you tried drinking electrolytes? Highly recommend trying some that has magnesium in it. Pedialyte sport or LMNT are good brands, albeit a bit expensive. Worth trying though. I had pre-ulcer issues I believe, and it heightened food allergies.
