I mean, the fact that it does make quite a fair amount of undeniable mistakes is pretty bad, but translations should also read *well*. They should be able to maintain a consistent tone and register, with any changes being deliberate, and they should be able to convey the nuances of the original work

This already gives me zero faith for the actual translation, which at a glance doesn't read well. And this is an important point because I feel like so many discussions on AI "tls" basically boils down to how many undeniable mistakes it makes, when there's so much more to translation than that
