I suffered SO BAD from being cold in the winter the last couple years and, no exaggeration, drinking hot tea this year has been a GAME CHANGER. Warmth from within!!!!! It's stunning to me how much of a difference it makes. MUCH less cold, and been less likely to hibernate 🤧

I got TMS last year for around $900, and that already felt like a lot to have to pay as consequence for my health, but my new insurance for the upcoming year is UHC, and TMS would be around $4000, I feel heartbroken :(
