I was able to scan documents on my Canon MX925 over Wi-Fi thanks to my Linux installation when it was impossible on macOS Tahoe (drivers no longer supported). Incredibly thankful to the community for extending the lives of our hardware.

Not only was it possible, but it was incredibly simple!

The quality of Gigabyte's software (like many other hardware companies) is shocking.

Back in the day Polygon was the site that made me the most mad (because they routinely published stories I was insanely jealous of.)

I'm gonna make a list of the ones that I remember off the top. (It'll be skewed old because I'm out of da game)

By the way this is why it's SO much easier to grow as a software engineer in a team where your manager is hands-on/technical.

If they are: they understand the value (and cost) of going deep. They might even help! If they are not: they will see this as "slacking" or "being slow"

Success! I just built Zen Browser and will now be able to contribute to this great browser.

To solve my out of memory issue, I limited the number of concurrent jobs in mozconfig (`configs` folder): `mk_add_options MOZ_MAKE_FLAGS="-j4"`

I will need to persevere but I cannot build Zen Browser on my machines. My MacBook Pro 2017 does not support macOS 14 (min. requirement) and my Linux desktop equipped with 16GB runs out of memory during the rust compilation.

Most likely some fine tuning on surfrider side.

As part of dry January, I am testing a few alcohol free beers and I must admit that a lot of them are really nice. The Days are not in the top list, the pale ale has a strong peach taste and the lager disappoints as well.
