How go tighten up your feed if you want that "Facebook friend feed" vibe, and not "everyone in the world vibe" all the time.
You have to manually make a list first. Sadly @support.bsky.team does not let you make lists on the fly. Maybe they'll fix that.

To say nothing of the harm to the lack of non-corporate funded scientific research, here's a bunch of people losing their jobs, who will now not be able to afford the new price of "eggs."
NIH appears to have canceled/postponed all of its study sections—the independent review panels that approve federal grants for health research.
Such grants fund the work/salaries of 300k people at more than 2,500 institutions

H1N1 has been slowly building mass & velocity. I've been tracking articles for a few months now. Trump wants to pretend it doesn't exist. You will no longer get guidance from the federal government on this risk. We are gonna have to lean harder on state & local government for a response

It's hard not to watch the circus right now, but watching, streaming and resharing is all logged as validation, cited as "ratings" regardless of the feelings of the watchers. Your eyeballs give them credence. Shine those little orbs on something better today.

I've been casually tracking things like this for a while, but I'm embarrassed to admit I hadn't heard of the Teneo Network. As I read, it began to make sense. Conservative pundits names that came to mind as seeming on board popped up in the next paragraph. Give this a read.

Watching the Pam Bondi confirmation hearing today, it occurred to me that Repubs in particular express deep concern for fentanyl victims and the havoc it has wreaked on our nation. Yet there is another industry that has crashed as many bank accounts and I'd posit, taken as many lives.
