I signalled and was closer to an open spot. A woman coming from the opposite direction also signalled and berated me, cursing at me for taking the spot. Another spot opened right behind her and I pointed it out. When I returned to my car I found this note. Restored my faith in humanity for a moment.

Found this in my strawberry planter. Checked last week and everyone was gone. Hoping the baby juncos fledged. We had some in our yard before.

Signs of spring. Found a new junco nest in my strawberry planter. I should've realized when they were chirping at me when I was nearby. Happy to have our little feathered tenants again. 🪶🥚

I've ignored this amyrilis except for the occasional water, moved it to a sunny window. Bam, 5 blooms over the last few weeks. All the rest that I pay more attention to are anemic.
