The way my son laughed at some of the jokes in happy gilmore 2. I would have loved to have had him sitting next to me when I watched the original.

So for ~3 years I peed on a shrubbery next to our front porch. It apparently had stunted is so much relative that my mom told me when I came back from college she talked about some stuff she had got from the nursery for it and how it was finally doing a lot better.

So in high school, we lived way out in the country and my parents didn't care what time I got home or where I was as long as I go home at night and was in bed when they woke up in the morning. But they would also hear the toilet flush if I got in real late and question.

And if you fire them, a you probably are crazy, but b I imagine they probably told you they were going to tell your wife and employer. And that would also make you visibly stressed.

Also the 911 call mentioned stalking for months. So affair in 24/25, raise in 2, investigation summer 25 she freaks out and cuts him off, he stalks and is pissed and then fires her, she produces documentation of relationship. He is insta fired.

Thanks - I will spend more time next year. I might be a little under based on $/sq ft. I am at ~185 and it looks like most of the new construction in our development is selling for 250-275 but they have been building a little smaller lately and mine was one of the largest so that skews that.

I just paid mine yesterday so I looked replacement is 10% over zillow and zillow seems a little high for the neighborhood. But also under what new homes in the subdivision are going for on a $$/sq ft.

This took me a second but I forgot you were in florida. Around here replacement is typically higher than market value. Pours one out for the midwest.

Which may or may not be true but getting an extra 1.2k of loans for something my employer wouldn't care about right away was how I rated it. But if we are pricing college by the credit hour this is how the debate goes.

I funded my engineering degree through loans and scholarships and the requirements are pretty locked in but I concentrated my electives and was one 3 hour class short of an econ minor. But unfortunately I was good enough at econ already to know that I wouldn't get 1.2k of value from a minor.
