I have contracted for one of them before (a different one tbf) and the software team was massive and extremely confusing, lol, but the app itself actually works great so I hope they pay attention

oh good idea, we did look at those actively at my old job but I wonder if Large Banks pay attention?? I submitted the "feedback survey" lol which seems even less useful so maybe a review is the way to go

it is absolutely infuriating, impossible to report ("talk to our virtual assistant" who has no idea how to handle the concept of app bugs), has been going on for more than a week. just gotta hope someone noticed and it's bound by app release timelines, idk!

my big4 bank introduced some New Features ™️ in the mobile app, which give you the little "tutorial" overlay when you first view them ... but they are on first view for EVERY session. so every time I login I see these screen-blocking tutorial items whenever I try to do anything. which is daily.
