Le P’tit Chardo an easy-drinking Chardonnay, fresh and citrusy with a touch of tropical fruit. Paired it with my burrata salad, eggplant parmigiana and fig& roquefort salad. Not a grand Burgundy, but a fun everyday wine with great value.

Sipping on a 2016 Sylvaner from Rheinhessen with a Plasencia Alma del Campo. Definitely not a classic pairing, the wine is all green apple and mineral freshness, while the cigar is earthy, nutty, and smooth. But today, it just feels right. 👌
