As it appears the @chrisrid blocked me immediately after responding. I'll respond here. Europe is not pushing for troops to liberate Ukraine, theyre pushing for a post-ceasfire peacekeeping force. Any peace now would be on Russia's terms and they'd be enforcing the current Frontline in Ukraine.
