Thinking it won’t reopen is crazy talk. This doesn’t give Elmo any more power than he has now. Maga will have to negotiate, & give Dems yet another talking point on why maga sucks for most Americans. You don’t think republicans in Congress feel any pressure from their constituents when this occurs?
