Not sure what dethrone that, but for at least content, I can recommend Revengers of Vengeance, a fantasy fighting game on Sega CD with anime cut scenes, awful mechanics, a weird RPG mode, totally not Deedlit from Lodoss War, and I think was made by one person based on the credits?

I will have to check it out as it feels weird the best Star Wars that came out in the last year was Predator Badlands.
Yes I am standing by that movie was more Star Wars than Predator. And that is more than ok given how great it was.
