I wouldn't necessarily say that accountability is love per se, especially considering how some have warped accountability into much broader things, but maybe something similar to that might be what you're looking for? Just my guess

Do a hybrid approach then where the data perfected enough to where it won't be as likely to make mistakes, but also have people supervising the process and not just publish the first draft.

Look if you're worried about using Elon or Bezos products or whatever, I'm pretty sure there are other builders of AI that are more geared towards the medical fields or at least none that have as troubled a backstory... perhaps try say, Cisco?
