Just received my Getting Lost disc. What a wonderful look back at the show that was the basis for so many communities that grew into friend groups.

Wanted to do some speed intervals on the tread but after the second round I started to feel the pain in my groin return. I tweaked it during WDW marathon and thought it was all good. Going to stick to hiking and biking for another week.

Ran WDW Marathon last week. Did a bunch of character stops and ran pretty well overall. I’m not big on road races anymore but this is the one large event I’ll do every year.
