Walking always takes away the stiffness from a previous workout.

It doesn’t look appetizing but it is and filled with berries, chia and flax seed cuz we need to stay healthy. Hope your Sunday incorporates some self care.

Sunday morning and I don’t need a church to feel connected to source, to visit my own soul and be refreshed. Whatever your beliefs, I hope you find peace and hope in these often depressing times.

I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, but I do practice gratitude which even in these upside down days where evil wins over good, liars become president (but I digress!) there’s something to have gratitude for. Lil grounding walk today in the hood giving thanks for the beauty around me and so much more!
