Damn! I've been immersing myself in P-Funk the past few months. There is no denying their place among music royalty. Billy Nelson was legendary, he w/ drummer, Tiki Fulwood, laid a foundation unmatched in funk history. One of the most solid rhythm sections of all time.

The inside gatefold features the photo of Doyle, from the original inner sleeve, and a photo of Jerry. A color collage of photos replaces Doyle's photo on the inner sleeve. The other side contains the original printed lyrics, but with song titles in yellow, vs black and white on the original.

Huh. And just as I was able to find Misfits "Static Age" for a good price, I see that this was officially reissued on vinyl. First time since 1997. It was cut from transfers of the original, EQ'd master tapes. Glow in the dark gatefold jacket, original printed inner sleeve, poster, and slip mat.

Huh. And just as I was able to find Misfits "Static Age" for a good price, I see that this was officially reissued on vinyl. First time since 1997. It was cut from transfers of the original, EQ'd master tapes. Glow in the dark gatefold jacket, original printed inner sleeve, poster, and slip mat.
Since I had some really good luck selling on eBay, I decided to pull the trigger on this OG, 1997 copy of Misfits "Static Age". Technically, it's a repress, but still using the original metal work. The sound will be identical. Most of this album was remixed, and released as "Legacy of Brutality".
