After a bunch of the normal corporate runaround, I am told if I submit a formal dispute is that they will reimburse up to 3 months of the amount, no more.

Fast forward...oh...over a year. My wife asks me to check to see if we are paying the data plan for her tablet....as I am going through all the multiple buried levels of expandable sections in my bill, I notice these fees and call in to question them, get them removed, and get a reimbursement.

Though we have *always* paid cash for our phones and taken them into an AT&T store to activate, the last time they added $45/mo of "Insurance" and "Service Plan" ...we have AppleCare on our devices. I was expecting a bill change due to adding a new line and being forced to change plans to do so.

I am hoping this and other things will spur a broader industry-wide Tech union to form...the way technologists have been treated over the last decade is pretty shameful.
