Everybody thinks "I can't meditate."
Mindful/Mindless/Empty-Mind meditation is only 1 style, and imo the most challenging and not the most useful.
Instead, try engaging with a pop-up thought. But make progress, figure something new out, maybe reach a conclusion.
Then, thank it, and let it go...

Even 1 minute of meditation can clear a clouded mind.

If you don't have 5 minutes to meditate, then meditate for 10.
