If you're excited to play a game, take the day off and play it today. Work-life balance means taking that off day when you want it, rather than waiting until one just happens.

The @jetbrains.com folks were giving them out as prizes for different challenges at their booth. I won one for cross-platform trivia.

You might point out to Claude that it's actually a waning gibbous phase, not waxing. Still, great photo!

Based on your naming I think it's more correct to say "Burst intercepts" 🙃

Agree it's rare. It's not that common for major third-party dependencies either. I'm just making the point that there's nothing magically different about first vs third party things, and both can fall victim to shifting priorities and availability.

It's definitely happened. Jetpack security-crypto is one example. Arguably the old view system is another.

This isn't unique to third party dependencies. There's always the chance that Google abandons something you depend on too.

Memes! 10 years ago I tried making a meme generator by hacking an EditText so I could type in outlined text in impact font over an image. The outline was a huge pain and had lots of bugs. I haven't tried revisiting that project in Compose but would love a built-in that handles text outlines well.

Got halfway through, then got an error that I haven't answered a required question, despite the fact that all questions on the page have been answered. I'm on the page that starts with "Which platforms are you currently sharing code with, or planning to share code with, using Kotlin Multiplatform?"

I'm curious what in your opinion makes this true of navigation3 where it wasn't true of previous iterations of navigation (or other androidx libs)
