Having just listened to it, I must say that the Roger Hodgson solo on Goodbye Stranger is one of my favorite solos of all time. The phrasing, use of the wah, the note/scale selections, all of it....just outstanding! ESPECIALLY coinsidering he's not predominately a guitar player!
