The one percent hoards 49 trillion of US wealth. The top 10%? 113 trillion. Their wealth increases 7 to 10% a year. A 5% wealth tax on just those individuals would cover the 4 trillion a year.

Would rich people no longer be headed to trillionaire status? Maybe. But the rest of us wouldn't die.

So when you ask ME for answers, I turn around and look at you, I shout at you, I tell you the fuck off because I DON'T HAVE THE ANSWER. People like you do. In your damn bank accounts.

It's an ideological change somebody with your wealth likely can't comprehend but the people dying on the other end think about every damn day.

AI says the 1% in the US own 49.2 trillion in wealth.

We need 4 trillion not to die.

And ya'll don't give a fuck.

The only answer involves people such as yourself admitting forcing poverty of the majority so they can remain healthy is not a sustainable business model despite how well it has padded stock portfolios so far.

The 4 trillion or so currently being fed into broken systems needs to be redirected. This likely means people worth billions will HAVE TO relinquish their profit making ventures in this space. THERE IS NO MORE WEALTH TO EXTRACT FROM THE POORS, MARK.

Hospitals are shuttering across the country as large conglomerates take them over and consolidate services making vast geographical healthcare deserts. Without serious intervention, the wheels come off this dysfunctional bus anyway.
December 25, 2025 at 2:36 AM
As to how do we get there? The current systems are imploding as we speak, Mark. ACA will soon drive off all healthy folks and costs for the remaining sick people will be completely beyond the normal person's ability to pay.

This figure accounts for both the costs of expanding coverage and significant savings from reduced administrative overhead, lower drug prices, and more efficient hospital and physician care."

You talked up AI, here's what AI says:

Estimates suggest that a single-payer system like Medicare for All could be funded with approximately $3.034 trillion annually, which is $458 billion less than current national healthcare expenditures.
December 25, 2025 at 2:31 AM
I think you have no idea how much people can't even comprehend the kind of wealth you have. Or how it makes conversations like this impossible with you.

I don't know that people like me making your couch cushion change annually can ever give you the answer you want to hear.
December 25, 2025 at 2:30 AM
If you hadn't noticed, the healthcare monopolies are already shuttering hospitals across the nation.

Maybe it works better if health outcomes NOT profits makes those decisions.

Rude? How about morally bankrupt. There is no "other side" to deporting innocent people to a torture gulag.

I majored in Philosophy at OU and took a whole series of classes on western religious thought. In the Bible, angels and God have no sex. Adamah is literally a *person* made in God's image, not a man until Eve comes along. God even gives birth and other feminine metaphors

TLDR: The bitch was wrong.

Realizing their legacy is as odious monsters it seems. No that they care about doing the right thing, it's just all about their egos.
