Now this is a complete crate which gives you comparative genomics, phylogenies, genome analysis, machine and deep learning for all ToxDB species. You don’t have to search anything outside. I will add one more last addition to this tomorrow morning and will be ready for push to crates.io.

After finishing today code writing, i remember a words of those fake AI spreader and that person said to me. Read this: he said to me do you know Hx and i said what is that?, then said that is a person, place name and i said cant you pronounce completely. It can be short form of many people names.

Added a complete encoder for Toxannotator this evening, you can train sequences in your laptop from ToxDB for proteins such as PTMs or specific category. A complete autoencoder with later will add a regression classification using the encoder to have a ensembl prediction and all RUST 🦀

If you will ask that person that we did what you said and you don’t now show up then why you misguided us. That person was misleading and misguiding you to let down your image and bring your image and downgrade your life. So always say either show us you can contact directly or else not interested.

I updated this post with a lot of narrative examples few minutes ago, as how people can misguide employers as they have done and then once their relationship is disturbed then the person who was saying that i will do something never 👎 comes in front and that person was only misguiding and misleading

Think about the person who us misguiding you to do wrong and say that you do this and then i will do something but never 👎 dies is only destroying your image and identity. That person is mentally damaged and unstable and you should never respect and trust such person.

Read the entire thread 🧵 and the same goes for personal relationship. Those who told don’t do did they approached?. No one so you lost your image and credibility in my eyes and so before you listen and believe misinformation, take a moment and say i want you to show that you can approach that person

and if they can’t then think they were just misguiding you against your employee. It has nothing to do with me as i only listen to my employer and not outside people but by listening to them and taking wrong decisions, you yourself lost your faith in me. So when someone misguide then the first

did you achieved a relationship, did you achieved a co-worker, did you achieved something and if not then what is the meaning. How come someone else is making the decision for others life. Think about that before believing fake information. That person is self correlation anything and spreading

My only suggestion was that did you see me approaching any of them, never, so why people listened to those, who cant come in front and speak and only speaking behind and spreading anything or distributing any information. How can you believe that and ask yourself, what you have achieved by that?,

ProteinBERT: github.com/nadavbra/pro... The moment i finish the Toxannotator,released today. I parallel coded a protein BERT for Tox and just saw and read this. I coded in RUST 🦀 ToxBERT from start with tch and Burn 🔥 implementation. Few more lines to code,i coded entire TFDF, NER, Gated channel.

ProteinBERT: github.com/nadavbra/pro... The moment i finish the Toxannotator,released today. I parallel coded a protein BERT for Tox and just saw and read this. I coded in RUST 🦀 ToxBERT from start with tch and Burn 🔥 implementation. Few more lines to code,i coded entire TFDF, NER, Gated channel.
Just completed and pushed the final update and ready everything. github.com/rustcodepro/... it now gives you ready to use figures, a javascript extension for web, no need to do anything, ready to use protein tensor for machine and deep learning. A single standalone app that does everything.

and they even went on telling people based on their self established estimation that i like them or hate them or whatever without asking me and i said how people can even believe that. I said how can you believe such things. In last years i never contacted anyone whom they informed as i like them.
