Eatin’ folks or just taking innocent lives period I guess, but flat out removing the NPC victims from play feels just… obvious? Plus the PCs are remorseless slayers themselves so… kinda hypocritical to harp on it.
Unwilling transformations, maybe. Or putting horrible curses on innocent people.
