Lying in bed at midnight here in Sydney, I got an understanding of what my Ukrainian friends were hearing. Although I had no fear of my house blowing up, the unrelenting booming both near and far was a surreal feeling. They deal with this every single night.

For many years, wife and I would get out of Sydney to stay in a small country town with a pub/club with a band. Best New Years dropping a few bucks into the local economy. Always had the best time, locals always welcoming. Then covid and it stopped😢

This is such a well constructed and vivid story. I could almost imagine walking with you. But I will never truly understand how you feel as I was blessed to be born on the other side of the planet. The only invaders my country has faced were my own ancestors 250 years ago. Sending love.🇭🇲

I already see your drone pilots training other countries' military. When Ukraine rids itself of those parasites next door, I'm sure your emergency teams will be in great demand to help train people in countries all around the world.

My concern is all the people who don't drive the cars they have now, they just steer and talk to their friends on speaker phone. Until ALL of them are in autonomous cars, we all need to be able to control our own vehicles

There needs to be some education of the various authorities that the salute and what it represents is offensive and disturbing not only to the Jewish community. There are many others whose family were badly affected by the scum he supports.
