Ozzie has now passed away peacefully
Friday, December 8th, he apparently had a stroke and suffered some neurological damage. I took him to the vet, but he didn't seem to be mentally present anymore. We made the decision to end it there.
He'll be remembered

Last Tuesday I woke up at 1 am to my cat struggling to breathe.
One trip to the emergency vet later and he's diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
He's home now and doing well with some meds.

So one of the worst parts about Monday coming around again is having to face my cat when he realizes I'm leaving for a while.
