Sounds eminently suitable and sure it’ll help!
I’ve had to manage with honey and lemon only as can’t find any suitable tipple!

Good morning Helen and breakfasters. And Tom, (though doubt he’ll see this message as he seems to have abandoned social media).

Missed the programme yesterday, but shall catch up today as sounds v interesting.
Do have a good excuse though, as was at a superb concert (in Saffron Hall)-Aurora Orchestra playing Mendelssohn Italian symphony, from memory or course!

It was as anything by Bach is worth hearing. But it did make me think!
October 29, 2025 at 8:22 AM
And it was a very good BB7.
But favourite piece? An impossible question!
One (all) of cello suites, or perhaps the Dona nobis Pacem from B Minor mass.
But then there’s Erbarme dich from Matthew Passion, plus several other parts of both passions.
Definitely impossible choice…..!

Good morning Hannah, breakfast team and all Breakfasters.
Lovely start to the programme. This new recording of the Goldbergs was rather good. Now thinking whether I need a nothing recording in my collection!

Galloping indeed !
Good morning Hannah and Breakfasters.
Loved the Bach B7 ( forgot what it was -not on listings) and now thanks for this by Hildegard which is gorgeous and sounds quite “modern”.

You are so right.
This evening I went along for first time to local Art Group (in town I’ve just moved to). A demo of pastels over acrylic textured ground was very interesting. I usually paint in oils but came away with some ideas!
