Well and truly on my healing journey. I now know what Whitney Rose meant.
Have woken up at either 1 or 3 am every single night this week and I’m exhausted. Staying up until 2am to try and reset this weird glitch my body is in…this is either genius or ridiculously stupid but let’s hope I get undisturbed sleep.
