but i’ve been working with these people for a minute and it just shows me how little they disregard me if they can’t pay attention to my name

no one really knows my gender identity but what they should know is i have a preferred name but people get it wrong too often, partially bc my job messed up when they hired me and didn’t put my preferred name in the system so it shows my legal name which i get is confusing-
