Ugh, I’m on day 5 of 6 and yeah…my body is not happy…I feel as bad as I did before going to bed last night.

Yes! I’ve been meaning to get back to it for a bit now, and I’ll probably spend a good portion of my Christmas break exploring that snowy land! It’s become something of a tradition for me now at this point, haha

Soo much same! Been playing it for years and it never get old to me. It truly is one of the most beautiful and immersive games out there. ❤️

Sweet! It’s so beautiful there. We went during the summer months some years back and it’s a breathtaking experience!

Ugh, I’m sorry >.> I know all too well how that convo probably went cuz I went through it with pretty much my whole family years ago, and there really is no arguing with someone who chooses to live in an alternate reality :/

Yup. I’m slowly chipping my way through things and I know it’s being done right (or at least I have only myself to blame if I screw something up, which so far hasn’t happened yet!). Saves a boatload of money on labor and overpriced parts!

Yeah, at this point I just suck it up and do all of my own work unless I absolutely can’t because I lack proper equipment to do it right and can’t buy it outright for a single task, in which case I tell them what’s wrong and what I want done specifically.

Yep, they even inspected them, but I’m willing to bet they only looked at the outer pads and not the inner ones. Another shop took me for a killing and failed to figure out the problem i was having. After several thousand dollars, it turned out to be a bad O2 sensor…again, fixed it myself >.<

Sooo much this ^^ Took partner’s car to one to have it diagnosed & they wanted to charge over $250 for swapping a $35 part that literally took me 5 minutes to replace myself. They also missed the fact that the inner brake pads were COMPLETELY worn and grinding into the rotor >.<

Yep, there is always a limit, and the clock starts ticking the moment chems are mixed. I’ve managed to push mine to 3 months before in temp controlled conditions, but after that all bets are off. Though I did get some interestingly funky grainy results from 6-7 month old chems once on a test roll.

A nice tip I use to prolong my C41 chemistry is to keep a can of lighter butane on hand, and GENTLY spray some into my bottles before storing. Butane is heavier than oxygen, which settles to form a layer over the chemistry slowing down oxidation.

What a bummer >.> I was super excited to see Sara’s content on my feed…their content has always lifted my day. Top-tier stuff that we can all relate to in some wholesome way! Looking forward to the real deal when they show up here!
