sotd: desperately trying to force myself to use what I have (bc I have SO much). Layered dialogue with Venus by Pierre guillame and innocence by Poesie. Together they’re a very beautiful, hyperfeminine peach. Not quite me, but that’s what exploration is about!

Encens Suave by Matiere Premiere. 5% chance I buy it in the next few months. 70% chance I purchase in 2025.
This was my favorite of the incense scents I sampled last year. But a clear winter scent. Assuming I want it as much in Nov as I do now, I’ll buy it then.

sotd: a flower for you by fiele fragrances from my capsule sample set. This was my fave of all I’ve tried, smells like a flower garden, soil and all. Earthy, floral and a little sweet from the vanilla. It’s limited edition so I think I may need to just bite the bullet and get a fb right away!

I got to go to capsule parfumerie today in LA and it was AMAZING. The woman helping us out was so lovely! She encouraged us to sniff everything and smelled through nearly every scent in their line with us. My husband and I both left with our own discovery sets (his first ever)

sotd: la religieuse by serge lutens. I bought this sample in fall for the incense and was disappointed. Just pulled it out randomly and wow this such a great white floral for early spring. I’m so glad I revisited!

sotd: the noir 29 by le labo. I treasure and love this decant but can’t justify the price on this one. le labo is so frequently scammed that I’m hesitant to buy it secondhand. This may be a scent I’m doomed to love for only a little while 💕
