Hopefully the Bottineau line gets funding and built but realistically the first 4 or 5 stations make sense and the back half is fine but won’t drive that much ridership.

I’m a huge public transit guy but one of the things is that the Twin Cities really aren’t that dense.
So if you’re building an expensive transit system you’ve gotta hit the places where there is actual density way before catering to Eden Prairie.

Choosing to run the Southwest LRT through Kenilworth rather than Uptown was a poor choice for creating a car light environment in Uptown.
(The unending construction project would have been pretty disruptive to Uptown but turns out those businesses got crushed by COVID regardless)

But there's a lot of leeway in "healthy individual of same age and sex" because TRT often is trying to get a 60 year old to a normal 20 year old's Testosterone level.

The way I read it you could do TRT for hypogonadism since you're dosing to restore a normal testosterone level and not aiming for supratherapeutic dosing but obviously a lot of dudes are aiming for big numbers.

The special effects of older movies hold up pretty well because it was all practical stuff or models.
