Picture of my backyard in July. It's been 90 degrees and higher but I left the grass to grow beforehand and it's survived just fine. Lots of clover and seeding grasses.

#ME/CFS, #PoTS and erosive #arthritis have been a challenge. As long as I can remember. I could always #bike and swim, loved #swimming all day long. Both are quite doable with PoTS. Unlike track, baseball, basketball, choir, acting or any of the other stuff I wanted to do.

Still on two feet! 🖖
