My Dr. Says much the same. Known ppl to have success w/ keto but so restrictive + loss of weight seems to come w/ other problems associated w/ the diet. V curious abt mitochondria getting energy from fat tho! Also, consistent w/ research, I've found intermittent fasting to encourage -ve muscle mass.

Voting for a party that doesn't represent you and having them lose in your riding is also infuriating. The problem is the system.

It's good to have a rebuild plan. I hope there are many more to come. The erosion of the U.S. intelligence/service apparatus is an important distinction to make.
I hope however it is manifest it results in peace, safety & prosperity for those in & around the area.

Disconnect between being rich and effective economic warfare response. Export tax far more effective an option for Canada.
