The comment about Elijah’s shirt… do they really think it is more likely you are wedging promo into an obituary for a friend, than he wore and liked the shirt in his actual life? Was that worth a gotcha question? Is spirited debate that important to TCJ that we need to get into this issue here? Wow

Okay the "quick prints" project ballooned into something and took me a whole month to do but I did it. All files locked and forwarded to the printer. Phew. Okay. Time for River to wake up from nap.

Okay I get that he is immune from prosecution in the US for literally ordering the murders of civilians and whatever else he wants but I would like very much for him to be imprisoned in The Hague.

I like Gen V! Season 1 surprised me by how much it tried to address real issues of young people (eating disorders, gender stuff, et al). Season 2 is surprisingly sadly resonant with America today (the private prisons, masked ICE guards, popular fascism).

I wrote a note about ”quick print projects” I could cook up. It was August 26th, today is October 1st. So in my current world “quick project” is a Month. I am shocked to realize this! I thought it would be a week or two. I got some good stuff done in the last month but still. Man.

As for an oxford cloth button down shirt - I like the ones from Sid Mashburn (their OCBDs are the lowest price shirt they carry). A basic OCBD you can sorta get anywhere (off the top of my head, Alex Mill, J Crew), make sure it's 100% cotton, get it white or blue.

I haven't tried their oxfords myself but I've had shoes (loafers) from Morjas that were great. This oxford looks perfect to me: www.morjas.com/us/product/t... "Goodyear welt" means you can repair it when the sole wears through.
