Yup, it's almost as if what we've all been saying for years is true. I've definitely moved past his followers and now am hoping his shareholders are paying attention, impacting him where he truly can get hurt, his money and power.

tl;dr - the public sector on average was spending less money and lower percentage than the private sector on overhead and are being forced to immediately cut those costs in half.

After the 50% reduction from NIH these public institutions spending on overhead will be operating with 173% lower funding compared to the private sector. This also doesn't account for the actual funding amounts in which the private sector is spending over 40x as much money as the public sector.

3. Follow more than 1 media source and verify they are not all aligned in the same bias (not all very left and not all very right)
4. Don't attack others for asking you to verify, instead show your evidence
5. Have a conversation with others while you both review your sources

1. Fully read every source before sharing (a recent study found 75% of people share articles without reading first)
2. After reading the source fact check it yourself with other sources (if it looks too good or too bad to be true it may not be true)
