From the Eagle Creek to Mickley it was partially cleared. From Mickley to Auburn it's mostly covered. From Auburn to the Holt it's mostly clear. Indy DPW has cleared it from Holt down to Michigan.

No, it wasn't cleared. I went out tonight and opened the piles at the crossings, but shaded sections between Chapel Rock Church and High School Road were still covered and icy. I rode it on my fat tire e bike. There are openings at the crossings down to Holt. Indy DPW cleared it down to Michigan.

The metal stem and nut that hold the presta in place is better, imo. The only issues I've had due to the valve stem were the Schrader stem being cut by the rim after moving when not inflated enough. I would count myself in the unserious cyclist group as I leave that nut on the stem.

If I'm looking at the correct project, this is expected to finish at the end of November. I can't imagine it's likely things will be restored before next Spring, but I guess I can hope.

It had been devoid of activity in the mornings but I've resorted back to 21st St for the ride into work. I was checking daily to see if they're out since the condition of 21st St is pretty bad east of Girls School Rd. At least the construction guys are usually gone for the ride back home.
