as I've said before I'm largely on here to praise the creators of these amazing discs. but I don't think BFI or Eureka are on here so hopefully my eventual Criterionforum posts about both make their way over. and Criterion's Paper Moon is their best release in some time. some seriously great stuff!!

People are upset that video of the murder of a billionaire is all over their feeds. I get that but I’ve also spent the past year seeing graphic videos of dead children in Gaza and most people seem pretty chill about THAT so I’m not taking today’s moral panic very seriously, sorry 🤷‍♂️

as I said, pluses for this site being public is I can thank @indicator.bsky.social / @marbleicehook.bsky.social and co for all the work that went into the last year or so. the fact that I haven't seen a single movie in this stack speaks to my trust in their product!!!
