This is outrageous. Worse than that. This administration has shown it will do whatever it needs to do to intimidate or censor a free and independent press, a pillar of a stable and responsible democracy.
Once again, there's value to having a constitutional law professor in Congress.

Have journalists or j. educators found that people are much less eager to talk to journalists or downright militant about their hate for the media? Is this media hatred coming home to roost? Good j. Students can't get interviews with HS Athletic Directors. Completely stonewalled. What the hell?

Republican Eric Schmitt from Missouri on PBS NewsHour says with a STRAIGHT FACE, Democrats weaponized the Constitution and used Executive Orders to destroy the country. That's his REASONING for why it's okay for Trump to do it now. "You did it, so we should be able to" is a shaky debate strategy.

An illegal immigrant stealing tons of sensitive government info and storing it on a private server feels like a MAGA fever dream for why we need to BUILD THAT WALL! Instead, he is their hero. Could they at least be consistent with where they direct their hate? Yeesh.
