I guess I never really payed attention to any esthetic or architectural design like the Victorian Green/Pink stop at Ashland… but there’s also room there for the addition of elevators without compromising much of the original platform/structure. 🫶🏼

It IS a great spot for that shot!
My hubby, who has difficulty walking after a stroke, can’t use that station because of the design. He can do stairs well but *those* stairs are narrow and steep. And without an escalator or elevator, it sucks for him especially if we want to get to the red line.

After 30 years of our home being vacant, we had our (2) chimneys inspected… they were coal burning fireplaces, not used for decades.
