That's absolutely nonsense. We have multiple analgesic med options. Ketamine isn't correct for every severe trauma. Severe trauma is a load and go scenario. Maybe in transport, a procedure, or a prolonged extrication we may give analgesics. Insurance should cover an rx. It's just not a benign med
