on the flipside, due to the quests being longer & characters appearing through multiple quests during a region in genshin, i find it easier to get attached to genshin characters

i'm the other way around and have only watched the anime and it's still an all time fave despite how messy it is (messier than in the manga from what i understand so be warned lol)
