I hadn't thought of this, but now you've ruined it for me. 🤢

Similar, but less likely scenario...If a guy went 1-4 with a single in 1000 straight games does he get in the Hall? 1000 game hitting streak, but career. 250 hitter with no walks or slug.

I hope you have the day you deserve.

Apparently Oregon. Lmao

Apparently Oregon was convinced. Lmao

Yes, i think it's safe to call a team winners that has not had a losing season since 2003, has won 2 super bowls since then, and is tied for the most super bowl wins all time.
January 13, 2026 at 10:15 PM
Such ridiculous discourse. As a fan, I wish they had a better qb situation too. The point is, there are about a dozen franchises and fanbases that would kill for the run of success the Steelers had with that list of guys. To say they've been taking half measures is absurd.
January 13, 2026 at 10:03 PM
Calling a team losers that hasn't had a losing season since 2003 is quite the take.
January 13, 2026 at 9:57 PM
My quibble is Tomlin has been enormously successful and as a Steelers fan I'm so done with fans that want us to believe that somehow being the Jets is better than continually making the playoffs. If we're just gonna make up timelines should the Rams fire McVeigh since he hasn't won since 21?
January 13, 2026 at 9:50 PM
How many coaches HAVE won a superbowl in the last decade? 6 i think? Reid and McVeigh aren't going anywhere so which of Belly, Siriani, Pederson, and Arians are you interested in? McVeigh hasn't won a superbowl in my son's lifetime, should the Rams fire him?
January 13, 2026 at 9:46 PM
Hilarious calling it "trying half measures" when they literally never had a losing season with any of them.
January 13, 2026 at 9:40 PM
She said he literally doesn't win in the playoffs when he literally has. Far more than 90% of coaches ever do. Which imaginary timeframe would you like to set that he needs to have won in? 🤣
January 13, 2026 at 9:37 PM
He has literally won a super bowl.
January 13, 2026 at 9:07 PM
He "hand picked" him because his literal only other option was... Mason Rudolph! If making the playoffs and losing isn't good enough for you it seems like the only coach that would meet this criteria in the timeframe Tomlin has been "losing" is Reid and maybe McVeigh. I don't think they're leaving.

Thank you! You are so correct.

Thank you!

Lamar's mandate to ownership: find whoever will be easiest for the media to pin the blame on when i lose in the playoffs (or before) every year.
January 13, 2026 at 7:53 PM
Horrible reflection of the times, but I'm genuinely not sure which one he's talking about.
January 13, 2026 at 3:44 PM
🤣 Somebody's English teachers failed them. My 5 year old could have recognized that as hyperbole instead of getting hung up on wording as a way to deflect from being proven so hilariously wrong.
January 12, 2026 at 11:39 PM
Never learned hyperbole and expressions huh? "Refuses to win" obviously wasn't me saying he was losing intentionally. The mental gymnastics of defending a guy that went 19/31 for 159 with 2 fumbles and put up 3 points in a playoff game is impressive though. And it's no trouble! Talk to ya next year!
