it is disappointing, though, that this was supposed to be one of nintendo’s *big* games this year. it’s kind of just another game. mostly forgettable. it’s been 8 years since a new 3D mario. really couldn’t have something like that ready closer to a new system launch? what a bizarre company

stop filling game worlds with bloated side quests and filler that don’t respect peoples’ time. give me a badass with a sci fi cannon and basically one path for every level and i’m gonna overlook a lot of warts now

oh and if the 9-4 jaguars slip down to the wild card race, they *also* have the head-to-head tiebreaker on kansas city.

the texans technically have a 3-game lead on the chiefs by virtue of a head-to-head tiebreaker. the bills and chargers technically have 4-game leads by virtue of head-to-head tiebreakers. kc is eliminated from division contention.

even a kc win changes very little. those dudes are just about done

i’m gonna ignore the latter part from people for obvious reasons until it inevitably crosses back into the mainstream; which it likely will if/when he refines his mechanics and people will see him more as a result. have to recognize what is and isn’t good faith criticism slash normal shit talking

i dreaded watching the bears go to green bay with justin fields, mitch trubisky, and jay cutler, among others. full on fear. i no longer have that fear
