I'm going to clear my fasting app and start brand new for December. But I did improved on my tracking for the past 2 months. I need to stay consistent tho and do better.

My final update for this fasting challenge! I didn't go as long as I wanted to but I'm proud of myself for going this long. It's been a really long time since I have been able to do a real fast. I had been in deep b¡ng!ng cycles until recently. I feel I can do it again lol

Check-in 🔹️ I actually was busy this morning, which made fasting easier. But since this afternoon has been calm, the hunger is creeping in. I want to hold on to this discipline that I have going. My brother said he's coming over with something and I know it's going to be food. He's such a sweetheart
