Nice! I think Civerinos does well having their own take on different styles across their locations. Pizza inspired by New Haven is very rare in these parts, so good on them. As well, it's a nice revitalisation of the space. It was well worth the walk from where I am, in Portobello.

Excellent - you're fast! I'm going to the new Civerinos in Brown’s of Leith tomorrow, which will be my last pizza in Scotland until next summer. I agree there's a wealth of great pizza in Leith. I think it's the pizza centre of Edinburgh.

What a throwback! That Lookbook video was shot by Bo Hakala and Sarah Jean Kruchowski at my house, back when you needed specialized (and expensive) cameras to do slow motion, which they had access to just for the afternoon. All I provided was the water.
