Let it be known that 2025 was indeed the year I finally played Xenoblade Chronicles X (not this copy, Definitive Edition on Switch). I still can't quite get my feelings about it organised but generally New LA feels like the kind of colony tech bros would love (pejorative) bsky.app/profile/s83b...

I'll keep suggesting 1000xRESIST to everyone! Sci-fi narrative game about apocalypse and relationships and responsibilities and oppression, broadly speaking it's a visual novel but there's also a big space you can get very lost in.

Gosh I've neglected this thread while work's been crazy... in March, I finished the third gane from my 2024 backlog thread: Trails of Cold Steel II. Started in January while waiting in A&E with my wife to make sure her appendix wasn't going to explode.
